Nathalie Liautaud is an international development professional with almost 20 years of experience in program and project management, executing local and regional programs and initiatives focused on economic growth and development, child protection and youth participation, gender mainstreaming, reconstruction, water and sanitation, and diaspora and civil society engagement in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a particular focus on Haiti, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Throughout her career, she has directly engaged the Haitian and Mexican public sector, and worked closely with the private sector and civil society institutions in project implementation and strategic collaborations, supporting public-private partnerships to reduce poverty and improve economic opportunities through job creation, gender equality, investment promotion, and knowledge sharing activities. Nathalie holds a Master of Arts in Latin American studies and Master of Art in international communications, as well as a Bachelor of Science in radio, television and film from the University of Texas.  She is a proud Haitian-American-Mexican and is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Haitian Creole and conversant in Portuguese.
