Isabel Osorio is an International development and project management specialist with over 10 years of experience in project implementation, contract and budget management, financial analysis, grants and subcontracts administration. She has broad knowledge in FAR, AIDAR, CFR and government contracting as well as crisis management, strategic management and human capacity development. She has extensive experience implementing projects in conflict areas, particularly in South Sudan and Afghanistan. She has worked with a range of clients, including USAID, the World Bank and the Agha Khan Foundation. She has recently returned from Afghanistan, where she was the deputy chief of party on a USAID-funded project and is now the senior project manager for the World Bank’s largest third-party monitoring program funded by the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund. She holds a bachelor's degree in international studies from University of Maryland.
